Andy Goldsmith inspired art

We have been learning all about different artists from around the world as part of our topic. One of the artists that we learnt about was Andy Goldsworthy. Andy is a famous British artist famous for his work using natural resources. We explored the school grounds and used the natural resources we found to create some of our own pieces and sculptures in the same style. We included lots of 2D shapes as they are found within a lot of Andy’s pieces. Frankie really wanted to include the gnome in his piece. Unfortunately, that wasn’t a natural resource.
