The government is increasingly recognising that positive mental well-being is an important factor in enabling children to succeed.

 

To help support the positive development of this, every school has been asked to identify a Mental Health Champion.

Chill Panda www.chillpanda.co.uk  This is a free app to  help to relax, manage your worries and improve your wellbeing. The app measures your heart rate and suggests tasks to suit your state of mind. Tasks include simple breathing techniques and light exercises to take your mind off your worries.
