Maths – Fractions As part of our fractions work we investigated finding a half, a quarter and 3 quarters of a champagne flute. All we had to test out our theory of where this would be on the beaker was rice. We soon got very messy! It was really interesting to see how the half looked different in each half of the beaker due to the flute being tapered.
