In the spring term, we have started reading The Firework Maker’s Daughter in English which the children thoroughly enjoyed. Also this term, our topic is Animal Kingdom in which we will be looking at the characteristics of animals, classifying them and looking at the biomes in which they live in. On the Wednesday 21st February we will be going on a school trip to Yorkshire Wildlife Park enabling the pupils to have a practical experience with animals.
Starting from the 5th February, the class will be going on swimming lessons for eight weeks, so pupils need to remember their swimming kit.
